Slice the Cucumbers about 1/4 thick.
If using 1 pint jars, add 1/2 cup of white vinegar, 1/4 cup of dill (fresh ferns), 2 smashed garlic cloves and 2 tbsp of salt to jar, shake it up.
Add cucumbers until half full, add 1/4 cup of dill, continue to fill jar with cucumbers. Do not pack tight. Fill jar with water, shake it up and refrigerate for 3 days. Repeat with 2nd jar.
